旅みっけ！プライバシーポリシー

株式会社REVOTECH（以下「当社」）は、スマートフォンアプリ「旅みっけ！」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情株式会社REVOTECH（以下「当社」）は、スマートフォンアプリ「旅みっけ！」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 本アプリについて

本アプリは、日本国内をドライブする方のための旅のおともアプリです。現在地に応じて、地域の特産・飲食、近くの道の駅・海の駅などを音声で案内し、訪れた都道府県・市区町村・道の駅をスタンプとして記録します。iPhone と Android 端末に対応しています。アカウントの登録やログインは不要です。

2. 本アプリが取り扱う情報

本アプリは、次の情報を取り扱います。

位置情報：案内と訪問の記録のために、端末の現在地を利用します。現在地の座標や、走った道すじは、端末の中でだけ使い、当社のサーバーには送信しません
訪問の記録：訪れた都道府県・市区町村・道の駅（スタンプ）と、その訪問日・訪問回数。手動で追加したスタンプを含みます
設定：案内の内容、読み上げの速さ、「画面を消しても案内を続ける」などの設定
復元コード：バックアップを復元するために本アプリが自動で発行する番号

本アプリは、氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの登録を求めません。連絡先、写真、マイクも利用しません。

3. 位置情報の利用について

位置情報の許可は「アプリの使用中のみ」です。「常に許可」は求めません
設定の「画面を消しても案内を続ける」をオンにした場合（初期値はオフ）、画面を消している間も、案内のために位置情報を利用します。このとき、iPhone では画面の上部に位置情報の利用を示す表示が、Android では案内中であることを示す通知が出ます。設定をオフにすると止まります
位置情報の許可は任意で、端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。許可しない場合、現在地に応じた案内と自動のスタンプの記録は行えません

4. 当社のサーバーへのバックアップ

機種変更やアプリの入れ直しのときに記録を戻せるよう、本アプリは次の情報を当社のサーバーに自動でバックアップします。

送信する情報：復元コード、訪問の記録（2. の「訪問の記録」）、設定
送信しない情報：現在地の座標、走った道すじ、端末を識別する番号、広告 ID
送信の方法：暗号化された通信（HTTPS）で送信します
利用の目的：利用者が復元コードを入力したときに、記録と設定を復元するためだけに使います。それ以外の目的には使いません
保存の期間：削除のご依頼をいただくまで、または本アプリの提供を終了するまで保存します
復元コードを知っている人は、そのバックアップを復元できます。復元コードは他人に教えないでください

バックアップの削除

サーバーのバックアップの削除を希望される場合は、設定画面に表示される復元コードを書いて、13. の窓口までメールでご連絡ください。ご本人の確認のうえ、削除します。

本アプリが端末に入っている間は、記録が変わるたびに同じ復元コードで自動でバックアップされるため、削除したバックアップが作り直されます。削除をご依頼いただく前に、本アプリを端末から削除してください
端末の中の記録は、本アプリを削除すると消去されます

5. 外部のサービスとの通信

地図：地図の表示には、国土地理院の地図タイル（cyberjapandata.gsi.go.jp）を利用します。地図を表示するとき、端末から国土地理院のサーバーに、表示している範囲の地図の画像を取得するための通信が行われます。この通信の取り扱いには、国土地理院のポリシーが適用されます
音声の読み上げ：読み上げには、端末の OS が提供する音声合成の機能を利用します。その取り扱いには、各 OS の提供元のポリシーが適用されます
案内の情報：道の駅・地域の情報は、国土交通省・Wikidata などの公開データをもとに当社が作成し、本アプリに収録しています。本アプリの利用中に、利用者の情報をこれらの提供元に送信することはありません

6. サーバーの記録

当社のサーバーは、不正なアクセスの防止と障害の調査のため、通信の記録（接続元の IP アドレス、日時、要求の内容など）を一定期間保存します。これらは上記の目的以外には使用しません。

7. 広告について

本アプリは、第三者による広告配信サービスを使用していません。将来導入する場合は、本ポリシーを改定します。

8. アクセス解析について

本アプリは、利用状況の解析や行動の追跡を目的とした、第三者の解析サービスやクラッシュ報告のサービスを使用していません。将来導入する場合は、利用目的などを明示したうえで、本ポリシーを改定します。

9. 第三者への提供

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、4. のバックアップの情報を第三者に提供しません。

10. 有料の機能について

現在、本アプリに有料の機能はありません。将来、アプリ内課金を導入する場合、購入の手続きと決済は App Store または Google Play が行い、当社がクレジットカードなどの決済情報を取得することはありません。導入する際は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定します。

11. 未成年者の利用について

本アプリは、運転をする方とその同乗者を対象としています。本アプリには、未成年者を含む利用者の氏名などの個人情報を収集する機能はありません。

12. 本プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、このページなどの適切な方法でお知らせし、掲載した時点から適用します。

13. お問い合わせ

本アプリおよび本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせ、バックアップの削除のご依頼は、次の窓口までお願いします。

REVOTECH Co., Ltd. (“we”) describes below how the smartphone app “Tabimikke!” (旅みっけ！, “the App”) handles information.

1. About the App

The App is a travel companion for people driving in Japan. Based on the current location, it announces local specialties, food, and nearby roadside stations (“Michi-no-Eki”) and seaside stations by voice, and records the prefectures, municipalities and roadside stations you have visited as stamps. It is available for iPhone and Android devices. No account registration or sign-in is required.

2. Information the App Handles

The App handles the following information:

Location: The App uses the device’s current location for guidance and for recording visits. The coordinates of your current location and the routes you drive are used only on your device and are not sent to our servers
Visit records: The prefectures, municipalities and roadside stations (stamps) you have visited, with the visit dates and the number of visits, including stamps you added manually
Settings: Guidance options, speech rate, “Continue guidance with the screen off” and other settings
Recovery code: A code the App issues automatically so that your backup can be restored

The App does not ask for your name, address, phone number, email address or similar information. It does not use your contacts, photos or microphone.

3. Use of Location

The App asks for location permission “While Using the App” only. It does not ask for “Always” permission
If you turn on “Continue guidance with the screen off” in Settings (off by default), the App also uses location for guidance while the screen is off. In this case, iPhone shows a location indicator at the top of the screen, and Android shows a notification that guidance is running. Turning the setting off stops it
Granting location permission is optional, and you can change it at any time in your device settings. Without it, the App cannot provide location-based guidance or record stamps automatically

4. Backup to Our Server

So that you can recover your records when you change devices or reinstall the App, the App automatically backs up the following information to our server:

Information sent: the recovery code, visit records (as described in Section 2) and settings
Information not sent: the coordinates of your current location, the routes you drive, device identifiers and advertising IDs
How it is sent: over an encrypted connection (HTTPS)
Purpose: used only to restore your records and settings when you enter your recovery code. It is not used for any other purpose
Retention: kept until you ask us to delete it, or until we end the service of the App
Anyone who knows your recovery code can restore that backup. Please do not share your recovery code with others

Deleting Your Backup

To have your backup deleted from our server, please email the contact in Section 13 with the recovery code shown in the App’s Settings screen. We will delete it after confirming the request.

While the App remains on your device, it automatically backs up again with the same recovery code whenever your records change, so a deleted backup would be recreated. Please delete the App from your device before sending your request

5. Communication with External Services

Maps: The App uses map tiles from the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan (cyberjapandata.gsi.go.jp). When a map is shown, your device connects to their server to download the map images for the area being displayed. That communication is subject to the policies of the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan
Text-to-speech: The App uses the speech synthesis provided by your device’s operating system. It is subject to the policies of the provider of each operating system
Guidance information: Information about roadside stations and local areas is prepared by us from public data such as that of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and Wikidata, and is included in the App. The App does not send your information to these data providers while you use it

6. Server Logs

For preventing unauthorized access and investigating problems, our server keeps communication logs (such as the source IP address, date and time, and the request) for a certain period. They are not used for any other purpose.

7. Advertising

The App does not use any third-party advertising services. If we introduce one in the future, we will revise this policy.

8. Analytics

The App does not use any third-party analytics, tracking or crash reporting services. If we introduce one in the future, we will revise this policy and state its purpose.

9. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose the backup information described in Section 4 to any third party, except as required by law.

10. Paid Features

The App currently has no paid features. If we introduce in-app purchases in the future, purchases and payments will be handled by the App Store or Google Play, and we will not receive your credit card or other payment information. We will revise this policy as needed at that time.

11. Use by Minors

The App is intended for drivers and their passengers. The App has no function for collecting personal information such as names from any user, including minors.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy in response to changes in laws or in the App’s features. We will announce important changes on this page or by other appropriate means, and they will take effect when published.
