メルヘン鳩時計 プライバシーポリシー

株式会社REVOTECH（以下「当社」）は、スマートフォンアプリ「メルヘン鳩時計」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 本アプリについて

本アプリは、鳩時計の絵を表示し、毎正時の時報と30分の鐘を鳴らす時計アプリです。iPhone・Apple Watch・Android 端末に対応しています。

2. 本アプリが取り扱う情報

本アプリが取り扱う情報は、次の設定と記録だけです。

– 時報・30分の鐘の有無、時報を鳴らす時間帯、音量、マナーモード中の動作などの設定

– 選んだ人形の衣装

– 時報が鳴った時刻などの動作の記録（Android 版のみ。時報が正しく鳴っているかを利用者が確認するためのものです）

これらは利用者個人を特定するための情報ではありません。

3. 通信について

本アプリはインターネットとの通信を行いません。上記の情報を当社のサーバーや第三者に送信することはありません。

4. 端末内に保存される情報

上記の情報は、利用者の端末の中にだけ保存されます。

– iPhone 版では、ウィジェットや Apple Watch に同じ設定を表示するため、端末内のアプリ間共有の領域（App Group）と、iPhone とペアリングした Apple Watch の間の通信機能を使って、設定を受け渡します

– 端末の OS が提供するバックアップ機能（iCloud バックアップや Google のバックアップなど）を利用者が有効にしている場合、設定がそのバックアップに含まれることがあります。その取り扱いには、各 OS の提供元のポリシーが適用されます

保存された情報は、本アプリを削除すると消去されます。

5. 通知とアラームについて

– iPhone 版では、アプリを閉じているときに時報をお知らせするため、通知を利用します。通知の許可は任意で、端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。許可しない場合でも、アプリを開いている間は時報が鳴ります

– Android 版では、正確な時刻に時報を鳴らすため、「アラームとリマインダー」の許可を利用します。また、端末の再起動や時刻の変更のあとに時報の予定を設定し直すため、起動時の通知を受け取ります。通話中に時報を鳴らさないため、端末の音声の状態（通話中か、マナーモードか）を端末内で確認します。電話の権限は使わず、通話の内容や相手の情報を取得することはありません

6. 個人情報について

本アプリは、氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの登録を求めません。位置情報、連絡先、写真なども取得しません。

7. 広告について

本アプリは、第三者による広告配信サービスを使用していません。将来導入する場合は、本ポリシーを改定します。

8. アクセス解析について

本アプリは、利用状況の解析や行動の追跡を目的とした、第三者の解析サービスを使用していません。将来導入する場合は、利用目的などを明示したうえで、本ポリシーを改定します。

9. 第三者への提供

本アプリは利用者の情報を当社に送信しないため、当社が利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

10. 有料の機能について

現在、本アプリに有料の機能はありません。将来、アプリ内課金を導入する場合、購入の手続きと決済は App Store または Google Play が行い、当社がクレジットカードなどの決済情報を取得することはありません。導入する際は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定します。

11. 未成年者の利用について

本アプリには、未成年者を含む利用者の個人情報を収集する機能はありません。

12. 本プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、このページなどの適切な方法でお知らせし、掲載した時点から適用します。

REVOTECH Co., Ltd. (“we”) describes below how the smartphone app “Marchen Cuckoo Clock” (メルヘン鳩時計, “the App”) handles information.

1. About the App

The App shows an illustrated cuckoo clock and plays an hourly chime and a half-hour bell. It is available for iPhone, Apple Watch and Android devices.

2. Information the App Handles

The App handles only the following settings and records:

– Settings such as whether the hourly chime and the half-hour bell are on, the hours during which they sound, the volume, and the behavior in silent mode

– The outfit selected for the figurine

– A record of when chimes played (Android only; it lets you check that chimes are working)

This information is not used to identify you.

3. Network Communication

The App does not communicate over the internet. It never sends the information above to our servers or to any third party.

4. Information Stored on Your Device

The information above is stored only on your device.

– On iPhone, the App passes the same settings to its widgets and to your paired Apple Watch, using an on-device shared area (App Group) and the communication between iPhone and the paired Apple Watch

– If you have enabled a backup feature provided by your operating system (such as iCloud Backup or Google backup), the settings may be included in that backup. Such backups are governed by the policies of the operating system provider

The stored information is erased when you delete the App.

5. Notifications and Alarms

– On iPhone, the App uses notifications to announce chimes while the App is closed. Allowing notifications is optional and can be changed at any time in the device settings. Even if you do not allow them, chimes still play while the App is open

– On Android, the App uses the “Alarms & reminders” permission to play chimes at the exact time. It also receives the device start-up notice so that it can reschedule chimes after a restart or a time change. To avoid chiming during a call, the App checks the device’s audio state (whether a call is in progress or silent mode is on) on the device. It does not use the phone permission and never obtains call content or caller information

6. Personal Information

The App does not ask for your name, address, phone number or email address. It does not access your location, contacts or photos.

7. Advertising

The App does not use any third-party advertising service. If we introduce one in the future, we will revise this policy.

8. Analytics

The App does not use any third-party service for usage analytics or tracking. If we introduce one in the future, we will revise this policy and state its purpose.

9. Disclosure to Third Parties

Because the App does not send your information to us, we do not provide your information to any third party.

10. Paid Features

The App currently has no paid features. If we introduce in-app purchases in the future, purchases and payments will be handled by the App Store or Google Play, and we will not obtain payment information such as credit card details. We will revise this policy as needed at that time.

11. Use by Minors

The App has no feature that collects personal information from any user, including minors.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy in response to changes in laws or in the App’s features. We will announce important changes on this page or by other appropriate means, and revisions take effect when posted.
