株式会社REVOTECH（以下「当社」）は、Android 向けアプリ「メルヘン鳩時計」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報、連絡先、端末の識別子など）を収集しません。

本アプリはインターネット通信を行わず、利用者の情報を当社や第三者のサーバーへ送信しません。

2. 端末内に保存される情報

本アプリは、機能を提供するために、次の情報を利用者の端末の中にだけ保存します。これらの情報が当社に送信されることはありません。

– 設定：時報・30分の鐘のオン／オフ、鳴らす時間帯、音量、人形の衣装、マナーモード時の動作など

  （目的：利用者が選んだ設定で本アプリを動作させるため）

– 時報の動作の記録：次に鳴らす予定の時刻、最後に鳴らした時刻、鳴らさなかった時刻とその理由など

  （目的：設定画面の「動作の記録」に表示し、時報が正しく動作しているかを利用者が確認できるようにするため）

これらの情報は、本アプリをアンインストールすると端末から削除されます。

なお、利用者が Android 端末のバックアップ機能を有効にしている場合、上記の設定が Android のバックアップに含まれることがあります。バックアップは Google が提供する Android の機能であり、その取り扱いは利用者の端末の設定と Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

3. 端末の状態の確認

本アプリは、時報を鳴らすかどうかを判断するために、時報の時刻にだけ、端末の次の状態を確認します。確認した内容は、判断に使うだけで、保存や送信はしません（ただし、時報を鳴らさなかった場合は、その理由を「動作の記録」として端末内に保存します）。

– 通話中かどうか（通話中は時報を鳴らしません）

– マナーモード・おやすみモードかどうか（利用者が「マナーモード・おやすみモード中は鳴らさない」設定を選んだ場合のみ）

4. 使用する権限

– アラームとリマインダー（正確なアラーム：SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM）：時報と30分の鐘を、正確な時刻に鳴らすため

– 起動時の実行（RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED）：端末を再起動したあとも、時報の予約を続けるため

本アプリは、これら以外の権限（インターネット、位置情報、カメラ、マイク、連絡先、ストレージなど）を使用しません。

5. 広告・解析ツール

本アプリは、広告を表示しません。また、利用状況を解析するツールや、第三者に情報を送信するソフトウェア開発キット（SDK）を使用していません。

6. 第三者への提供

本アプリは利用者の情報を収集しないため、第三者に情報を提供することはありません。

7. お子さまの利用

本アプリは、お子さまを含むすべての利用者について、個人情報を収集しません。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、法令の改正や本アプリの機能の変更に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページでお知らせします。

This policy explains how the Android app “メルヘン鳩時計” (Marchen Cuckoo Clock, “the App”) handles user information.

1. Information we collect

The App does not collect any personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, location, contacts or device identifiers). The App does not use the internet and does not send any information to us or to third parties.

2. Information stored on your device

To provide its features, the App stores the following only on your device. It is never sent to us.

– Settings: chime and half-hour bell on/off, chime hours, volume, figurine outfit, and silent-mode behaviour

– Chime activity records: next scheduled time, last chime time, skipped chimes and their reason, shown in the App’s “動作の記録” (activity records) screen

This data is removed when you uninstall the App. If you have enabled Android backup on your device, these settings may be included in your Android backup, which is provided by Google and governed by your device settings and Google’s privacy policy.

3. Device state checks

At chime time only, the App checks whether a call is in progress (it does not chime during calls) and, if you enabled the related option, whether the device is in silent / Do Not Disturb mode. These checks are used only to decide whether to chime and are not stored or sent, except that a skipped chime and its reason are recorded on your device.

4. Permissions

– Alarms & reminders (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): to play chimes at the exact time

– Run at startup (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): to keep chimes scheduled after the device restarts

The App does not use any other permissions, including internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts or storage.

5. Ads and analytics

The App shows no ads and uses no analytics tools or third-party SDKs that send data.

6. Sharing with third parties

Because the App does not collect user information, no information is shared with third parties.

7. Children

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when laws or the App’s features change. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
